Electronic starlet Billie Black has revealed her next step by dropping This Simple Pleasure EP through her own BBLK recordings.
Collaborating with Mura Masa, Salute and Sam Gellaitry, Black has produced a climactic, tender, deep house framework circa 2002, and you’ll embrace it - just like Sophie Ellis Bexter and that dancefloor of hers.
"Floating" produces a deep, soulful middle-ground between Katy B and Missy Eliott, whilst the title track will keep you on your toes with its intricate garage tendencies and off-beat claps and vocal lines.
