Stream Jarbird's experimental-pop debut EP Such Is This House
We first fell in love with Jarbird when they dropped the initial recording of "Such Is This House" back in March 2014.
Now the London outfit are set to release their debut EP of the same name via Oskar, replete with a re-recorded version of the title track and three other excellent, experimental pop tracks.
Latest single "Iona" hears the band veer over into tropical-pop territory with earthy harmonies and syncopated percussion. "Gavelkind" and "Jocasta" are of a similar nature, composed with a refreshingly varied pallet of instruments and quirky vocal interplay.
The band play a sold-out gig at London's The Waiting Room on 9 March. Such Is This House is out this Friday, 4 March 2016.
