Album Stream: Mystery Jets – Live At The Royal Festival Hall
For nearly a decade, the Mystery Jets have consistently been one of the finest live acts the UK has to offer.
Renowned for their heady mix of fun-time indie pop and off-kilter hooks, the Eel Pie Island based sextet never fail to impress, with each of their studio albums a constant shift in dynamics and artistic direction.
Released exclusively for Record Store Day on limited edition gold vinyl, Live At The Royal Festival Hall is a tour de force through the group’s greatest hits – captured during Mystery Jets’ show at the legendary venue back in November of last year.
With guest turns from Laura Marling (‘Young Love’ and ‘Flakes’) and Tribes’ Johnny Lloyd on ‘Sister Everett’, the fifteen track long album showcases the MJ’s at the height of their powers.
