Easily one of our favourite bands of the year at TLOBF towers. The Twilight Sad are set to take their beautiful blend of experimental folk out on an extensive tour of the UK, supporting the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins, Frightened Rabbit and Idlewild along the way. The bands debut album Fourteen Autumns & Fifteen Winters has seen the band build up a huge following over the past six months, with Pitchfork praising it no end. Even our very own Rich Hughes couldn’t contain his excitement in his review, notching up the highest score we’ve given to an album since the site launched.
